Why We Built This Site
Oregon provides several public access routes, but each answers a different question. Sheriff Records holds agency reports, NORCOR holds regional custody data, the Circuit Court keeps filed charges and dispositions, and Oregon State Police CJIS maintains fingerprint-supported state history. Oregon DOC and the Oregon Sex Offender Registry add separate correctional and registration records. We bring the official contacts, request steps, fees, and portal guidance together while keeping those custodians distinct.
What You Will Find Here
- Record guides: how court case files are found and read in Hood River County
- Agency contacts: where to reach Sheriff Records, the Circuit Court, and Oregon systems
- Official check steps: how OSP name and fingerprint channels differ
- Record relief: where Oregon set-aside forms and court procedures begin
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Oregon court, sheriff, police department, or state agency. Its limits are clear:
- We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
- We cannot file set-aside motions, records requests, or other paperwork for you
- We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
An official copy must come from its custodian, such as the sheriff, court clerk, or Oregon State Police CJIS.
Search Partners
Outside providers power some search boxes. They control their services, prices, and results. A paid signup reached through a tool may produce a referral fee that supports site operations, but we do not control the provider's output or charges.
